Receptionen opening hours

The reception is staffed every day of the week from 7.00 am - 10.30 pm local hour.

Outside this period, the night porter can be contacted on tel. +45 62 21 90 00.

Late/early arrival/departure

If you arrive in Svendborg before check in, we are more than happy to store your luggage so you can start exploring our wonderful surroundings.

For an additional fee, late check out from the room might be possible. This must be agreed with the reception upon arrival at Hotel Christiansminde.

We make reservations that there is no possibility of late check out during busy periods.

If you are arriving at Hotel Christiansminde after 10.30 pm local hour please let us know, so our night porter can have the key ready upon arrival.

Payment

It is possible to settle with various payment cards as well as DKK and EURO. Please note that there may be a charge on some debit cards.

Parties, group reservations and meetings cannot be paid for with "Forbrugsforeningskortet", as it is an already discounted product.

Cots & extra beds

Cots

It is possible to rent a cot for DKK 300,- per person per night. Please contact our reception if extra beds are required, as this must be booked before arrival.

Extra beds

In many of our rooms there is the possibility of extra beds. Please contact our reception if extra beds are required. Price for extra beds starts at DKK 300,- per person per night.

Parking, charging electric cars & bike rental

Parking

We offer free parking for our guests. The parking spaces are first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces cannot be booked in advance.

We have several parking areas, so it is rarely far from your parking space to your room.

Accessibility in regards to walking difficulties

There is stairs to most of our rooms. A few rooms can be accessed by elevator. Please contact the reception if you have walking difficulties so that we can find the best room for you.

Charging of electric cars

In collaboration with Spirii Go, we offer easy and fast charging for electric cars. Read more here.

Bike rental

We have bike rental so you can experience the area around the hotel on two wheels. If you wish to rent a bike, please contact the reception. The bikes cannot be booked in advance, and are on first-come, first-serve basis.

Pets

In some rooms it is allowed to bring 2 dogs. The dogs cannot be left alone in the room for longer periods, and for hygeine reasons they cannot be brought into the restaurant or on the restaurant's terrace.

Please let us know in advance if you wish to bring your four-legged friend. Price per dog the first night DKK 250,- and the following nights DKK 125,- which is paid upon arrival.
We reserve the right to reject pets if they are a nuisance to our other guests.

Guide or working dogs are of course always welcome at Hotel Christiansminde.
